For over a decade, I have worked with adolescents, adults and couples from all communities and diverse backgrounds. I have assisted in easing depression, anxiety, stress, gender dysphoria, couple and relationship concerns, and so much more through the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Transgender Affirmation and Facilitation. I am also Poly and Kink Knowledgeable.
I have a passion for the LGBTQ community, especially the Transgender community and the people who love them. Clearly, the LGBTQ community is under attack and the transgender community is being pummeled by recent legislation. It’s taking an emotional toll on them and all who care about them and they need a place of safety to express those feelings and fears. If you are struggling with gender identity or dysphoria, are scared of what others will think and who you can tell, wonder if medical transition should be part of your future or if you need letters for HRT or surgeries, please reach out to me.
Part of my role is to assist clients and couples in determining their correct path whatever it may be. I am known for my ability to accept clients exactly where they are, and together we can move forward to determine what has blocked your happiness and what is needed for you to be happy with yourself and your relationships. I want to see you living your absolute best life - thriving in all the parts that feel lacking.
I take Aetna, United, Optum and Cigna insurance
For any other insurance companies, I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. You can sign up using this link:

Note: Mentaya’s goal is to save you time and money. It’s completely optional, and as your therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.
I look forward to working with you.
